02/02/2018|Toolroom Live @ Egg

2017 was a huge year and we’re ready to do it all again in 2018 with established label favourites, as well as fresh, new talent coming through the Toolroom ranks. As always, showcasing the label’s sound House, Tech House & Techno.

Label boss DJ Mark Knight leads the show with his energy filled, high impact Tech House & Techno with plenty of soul and groove, creating the perfect dance floor experience.

Next up, we welcome Toolroom Live newcomer and 8Bit label owner, Nick Curly. Since his break-through in 2008 Nick remains consistent and as relevant as ever with his fresh approach to House music and his very own party, Trust. With releases on Truesoul, Drumcode and Hot Since 82’s Knee Deep in Sound, Nick continues to make waves in the scene. Bringing his deep, infectious sound, with an assured sense of quality. We can’t wait for Nick Curly’s Toolroom Live debut.

Adrian Hour also leaves his Berlin base to join us in the U.K capital. Weaving from melodic Techno to big room Tech-House, taking influences from art and his Argentinian heritage, Adrian is able to showcase his diverse taste in music in a way not many other DJs can compare.

Pioneers of House and Disco Illyus & Barrientos will certainly be bringing the party vibe in February. They take over the Middle Floor with their brand new residency and party collective, Black Market. An underground experience where the exhibition, music, and energy creates a centre stage connection between the residents, guests and dancers.

After their amazing performance in Amsterdam, it’s a no-brainer to be bringing back Tube & Berger to the show. With big moments and plenty of rhythm to keep us moving, we can’t wait for this duo to be back alongside the Toolroom family. The perfect addition to Black Market, we welcome Superlover! Continuing to get the dance floors grooving with his infectious pumping energy and driving the signature Superlover sound.

The Toolroom Academy newcomers are taking over the Loft and we welcome back That Songbird after her amazing label debut last time, as well as welcoming Wheats to the show!
