Continuing their mission to bring together the world’s premiere DJs, producers and musicians, this night is no exception as they welcome the 5 Beats for an Exclusive London show with France’s Franck Roger, and cutting edge US DJ/Producers, Mr V and Alix Alvarez. The 5 Beats
If that’s not enough, two young Spanish producers Uner & Coyu also join the Muak family for this incredible sessions showcasing their new school talent that took Beatport and many tastemaker DJ’s by storm last year.

Beginning life as an intimate night organised by the renowned DJs and producers, Franck Roger, Alix Alvarez and Mr V, The 5 Beats quickly built a reputation as the hottest underground party in Paris with its residency at the Djoon Club. Fully committed to taking their deep house message out of Paris, first with a series of nights hosted in New York, Miami WMC, ADE, Japan they hook up with Muak to bring their underground love affair to London.

With Muak’s off-the-hook NYE event at EGG proving that the real house sound is back in the heart of London’s clubland, you can once again expect deep, soulful house with a kick-ass edge. Taking place from 10.00pm to Midday, this party will bring together a stellar line up of DJs and musicians, each with their own unique musical styles and influences, including:

FRANCK ROGER
Djing for 13 years and running his own label Real Tone Records, Franck Roger fully understands that spreading house music worldwide and making music is the most important thing in his life. Through chaperoning the finest Dj's around, Franck and his 5 Beats party remains one of the best soulful nights in the world. Accompanying him the New York City Dynamo's Alix Alvarez and Mr.V work close together to ensure the highest standards of house music will penetrate your eardrums!.

ALIX ALVAREZ
Alix from a very young age has devoted himself to cutting and blending records, later on attending The Shelter as his first underground party. Continuing to dedicate his life to sound; he studied audio engineering and landed himself a job at MAW studios. From there we've heard a stream of successful productions from the NYC wonder-kid that can do no wrong.

MR V
Born in Manhattan's Lower East Side, Mr.V was introduced to the club scene by his Aunt who was a bouncer for "The World" Night Club. Dj'ing non-stop from age 14 his reputation earned him a position at MAW records as assistant to Louie Vega. In this position Mr. V was given a rare glimpse into the global dance scene and before long was taking to the decks alongside his mentor.

Mr.V remains an integral part of the music and club scene with years of experience as a gifted DJ with new ideas and a fresh sound. Experiencing Mr. V’s DJ sets, original productions, or remixes is like taking a trip back in time to dance music’s golden age. Before superstar DJs took over the spotlight, dance music was a cultural phenomenon that did what no other form of music could do – bring people together.

In 2001, along with partner Alix Alvarez, Mr. V launched his own label Sole Channel Music as a way to release music with complete control and artistic freedom. 2006 was a breakout year for Mr. V as we saw the release of his much anticipated debut album, “Welcome Home”, which included the dancefloor anthems “Da Bump”, “Put Your Drink Down” and “In Da Club”.. Combining his multifaceted skills as a Dj/Producer and MC, whose ear leans towards dance music’s roots, Mr. V rocks any party!

UNER
Blasting into the public eye in 2009 with his 'Raw Sweat' EP on Diynamic, UNER has not looked back since. Having one of the most successful tracks in the Resident Advisor 'Top Tracks Chart' of 2009 and one of the 'Top 20 Best Selling Underground Tracks' at Beatport has firmly put UNER into a place he has worked so hard to get to. With support from the likes of Laurent Garnier, Luciano, Ame, Dennis Ferrer, Matthew Dear, 2000 and One and Damian Lazarus amongst others, UNER's productions have made him one the most sort after artists in Spain.

COYU
Rising Spanish music star, Coyu is a multifaceted artist involved in the electronic music scene. He's work as producer is starting and his first releases are coming. Discos De Lata (Xpansul's label) was the first label that went for him. But international acclaim arrived with "El Baile Alemán" with partner, Edu Imbernón and released on liebe*detail last May '09. Artists, media and clubbers supported that big dance floor bomb, which was overall #1 on Beatport and played by Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos, Sven Väth, Loco Dice, Marco Carola and all the current international tastemakers.

2010 looks great for Coyu, who he has released tunes with Edu or Uner on big labels like Diynamic, Great Stuff, Saved Records, Diynamic Extra, Composite, Cr2... Championed by Luciano, Laurent Garnier, Damian Lazarus, Âme, Mark Knight, Dennis Ferrer, Matthew Dear or DJ Hell.
